When can I have the space?
You can collect the keys on Tuesday morning and you must vacate by 4pm on Monday afternoon. The space will be inspected by gallery staff on the Monday morning around 11am.

Where can I park? 
For loading/unloading only you can park outside the gallery (be aware that traffic wardens operate strictly in the area so if you stop loading or unloading they may ticket you). There is ample relatively cheap parking in the harbour area which is 5 mins walk from the gallery.

Will Lilford Gallery provide staff ?
No

Will Lilford Gallery supply social media support?
No we do not provide social media support. It will be up to the artist/s to promote their show. However we will list the show on our Gallery web site under Lilford Studio events. Social media support may be given at the discretion of the Gallery Manager.

Do you provide Insurance?
We do not provide insurance for your art work. We accept no responsibilty for loss or damage to your art work or equipment.

Please note there is cctv in use in the studio. If you wish to make use of the gallery alarm then you will need to observe the same opening hours as the main gallery.

What are the opening times?
The main gallery is open 11am – 4pm Sun and Mon and 10am – 5pm Tues -Sat. You will be provided with a key and can open when you wish.

Can we have a Preview/Private View?
You may wish to have launch event. You are welcome to do this as long as you inform the gallery manager when this will be. There is a table available for for glasses and drinks etc.

Please note we do not provide drinks, glasses etc for your preview.

Can I screw into the walls?
In most cases the answer is no. However there are a couple of walls where this may be possible at the discretion of the gallery manager.

Please note paint and filler are provided. You must ensure that you leave the gallery as you found it with all marks painted over correctly and any damage paid for.

The rental price includes power and heating within reason. If you are using equipment that uses a lot of power, gallery staff must be informed.
