John Doyle

John Doyle MBE PPRWS is a watercolourist of exceptional merit. He has had many personal exhibitions in London, and four in the Chapter House of Canterbury Cathedral. The most recent of his personal London exhibitions was at the Osborne Studio Gallery in 2017, where the Managing Director Geoffrey Hughes quoted: “I am enormously proud to present this stunning exhibition of one of the greats”. John became a member of the Royal Watercolour Society in 1977, and then President in 1997. His unique talent and artistic abilities have led to him becoming recognised as a true master, and his paintings are cherished by those who are fortunate enough to have acquired them.

David Campbell has been a friend and close associate of John Doyle for many years. He is a qualified photographer and has produced a large number of outstanding photographs that have been widely published.  He specialises in photographing original artworks - watercolours and other media - from which he produces fine art giclée prints which are of such unusually high quality that many experienced artists find it difficult to discern their original from the printed copy. He is unique in this field and enjoys matching the skills of acclaimed artists. His giclée fine art prints are defined as being museum quality and are printed on heavyweight acid-free papers using a very high-resolution printer using pigment dye inks, with the prospect of them lasting more than 150 years.
